Our heritage provides a glimpse into our passion in the F&B journey from the beginning. It shows our way of thinking in raising the value of the true taste of traditional cuisine. Taking it from its locality to global prospects, and transforming our values from traditional cuisine to the modern restaurants. Here, the name itself announces how different we are in its simplicity and distinction. Our name is inspired by the title (the Master of Levantine Fattah in the 1920s), and declares that we are ready to provide enriched meals for our customers that add value to their daily lives, morning to mid-night.
